This is a reflective workshop in which you will be invited to consider on your own work and experiences and to share ideas with the group (if you wish).
To get the most out of the workshop, you are encouraged to engage with the interactive exercises which comprise most of the session. You will have multiple options available to share thoughts and ideas with the group, including using your microphone and contributing in a written ‘chat’ box.
There will be no breakout rooms used in the session.

Learning Outcomes
The session aims to help you:

Identify your strengths: what comes naturally to you?
Recognise the skills you’ve developed through your academic work so far;
Identify which of these skills you most want to keep using in your work;
Identify what ‘difference’ you want your work to make;
Put all this together to compose a ‘guide statement’ to inform your future career decision making.

This event will take place online only and will not be recorded. Students who book a place will be sent a Zoom link via email.
