Thesis Title: Motivating Factors of Hybrid Entrepreneurs Transiting to Full-Time Entrepreneurs – Case Study of College Entrance Examination Training Industry in China
After having completed my MSc in Entrepreneurship, Finance, and Innovation at Loughborough University London, I’m currently in my 1st year of a Ph D in the Management School at the University of York
Prior to my Master’s degree at Loughborough University London I completed a BA(Hons) Accounting and Finance at the University of the West of England (UWE) in Bristol. In addition, I have achieved the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence and Bristol Futures Award during my undergraduate studies.
My main research interests focus on the motivation of the transition from hybrid entrepreneurs to full time entrepreneurs. I will be conducting the qualitative research method, especially interviews to obtain a deeper understanding of entrepreneurial behaviour.
In my spare time I enjoy travelling around the world and am revisiting the British Commonwealth countries regularly to meet my friends in recent years. I am so glad to be a member of the Student Forum and will be happy to share and hear any suggestions of experiences , skills and knowledge on this interesting Ph D journey with in the White Rose DTP.
