Thesis title:  Modern Monetary Theory and the de-growth economy.

I am a first year PhD student at Leeds University Business School in the economics division, and I studied MSc economics at Leeds University Business School and BA economics at Manchester Metropolitan University.  My research interests include political economy, regional development and monetary economics. In particular, the role that  institutions play in economic policy making, and the effects this relationship has for society.

I was a student representative as both an undergraduate and masters student, therefore becoming a member of the PGR Forum felt like a natural step to take.  Hopefully I can apply the skills I learned previously to this role with the White Rose Doctoral Training Partnership, and I look forward to hearing from anyone who has any questions they may have to ask, or feedback they may wish to submit.
