Creating podcasts about your research – technical focus
This training is part of a series on communicating research with impact. This training is open to all ESRC and non-ESRC funded PhD and MA Social Research students within the WRDTP’s seven partner universities. PGRs from all seven interdisciplinary Pathways are welcome to attend.
Guest speaker Kitty Turner will be delivering a session on podcasting with a technical focus. This will cover Audio recorders and their safe and effective use, recording space, multitrack recording and tips on dialogue processing, editing and file management.

I am a freelance audio producer and musician, based in Sheffield. I have a degree in Photography and a Masters in Technical Communication, and before going freelance I spent 9 years as a Senior Creative Media Technician at Sheffield Hallam University.
