Developing effective knowledge engagement and impact
Recently, PGRs on the SBE pathway attended a workshop that introduced key aspects of knowledge exchange. They were guided through a structured process for developing a knowledge exchange and impact strategy for their research agenda. They conducted a stakeholder analysis for their research project and identified actions and activities for effective knowledge exchange. Embedding research impact across research projects was discussed as well as effective mechanisms for doing this.
Attendees were given the opportunity to create a short ‘talking head’ video in which they provide an overview of their research. This output can then be used by them as a resource for stakeholder engagement. Here are just two of the videos created, from Zawil and Charlotte.
