After completing my PhD, I returned to Peru (my country of origin), and my credentials secured me a position at a local private university.

Hard and soft skills. Technical knowledge and communicating research results to a wider public. Leadership skills.
What advice would you give to current or future WRDTP postgraduate researchers?
Enjoy your time there. It might seem like an eternity, but time flies.
