Project Description
Paperworks are a charity and social enterprise supporting adults with physical and learning disabilities, autism and mental health issues. They are pretty unique in their support providing work experiences for real customers in their fulfilment centre, as well as wellbeing and learning activities.
They would like someone to research and report on the impact of their work for the people they support and their families. This will provide evidence for the future and allow them to showcase their achievements in an academic format.
Expected duties will include:
- Access existing monitoring information
- Explore current outcomes
- Analysis of data
- Conduct additional research through speaking with service users and families
- Provide a report document (or equivalent) to showcase the research and findings
